Hi, I'm Jeff and I've been making working out comfortable and fun for the past five years.
I understand that coming to the gym can be overwhelming when it comes to getting in shape so I create a positive and happy environment for all clients. I strongly believe that keeping excess weight off is vital for longevity of life and prevention of injuries. My goal is to help you create permanent healthy living habits and to help you feel good about yourself.
Originally, I graduated from college with a Civil Engineering major, but I found a passion for changing people's lives in personal training. When I first began, I started by teaching swim lessons at Bally's Total Fitness and was casually training people. Before I knew it, my clients were extremely happy with their results and I was gaining new clients faster than I knew what to do with. My P.T. director helped me gain status as one of Bally's Top trainers. Soon, my schedule became so full I began organizing small group classes which was a relatively new concept to Bally's; later transitioning into a large group. I was busier than I ever could have imagined and fully enjoyed helping my clients grow stronger and healthier.
